3. Carbon belt fracture
The reason:
The carbon belt tension is too large, pulling the suture line or breaking the color belt during the printing process.
The carbon belt is wrapped too tightly or loosely during processing, resulting in the inability to match with the printer during operation.
The solution:
Cut off the broken part and sew it back together (if it is broken by a suture).
Replace the new carbon belt to ensure the processing quality of the carbon belt.
Adjust the winding tightness of the carbon tape to meet the requirements of the printer.
4. The carbon belt is stuck
Reason: the edge of the carbon belt is silky and easily entangled in the ribbon wheel after fuzz.
Solution: Open the printer cover, open the ribbon swivel arm and hammer interlock handle, gently pull back the ribbon, then close the ribbon swivel arm and hammer interlock handle, and restart the printer.
5. The carbon strip is adhered to the medium
Reason: The printing temperature is too high or the carbon strip is incompatible with the medium.
Solution: Reduce the printing temperature or replace the carbon belt compatible with the medium.
6. The print effect is not clear
The reason:
The quality of the carbon belt is not good, and the ink layer is not uniform.
Print heads are dirty or worn.
Improper printer Settings, such as temperature, pressure and other parameters set unreasonable.
The solution:
Replace the quality carbon strip.
Clean print heads and rollers to ensure they are free of dust and impurities.

7. Carbon belt transportation and storage problems
Problem: High temperature during transportation leads to adhesion of carbon tape; Improper storage environment leads to aging of carbon belt.
The solution:
Ensure that the carbon strip is in the appropriate temperature and humidity conditions during transportation.
When storing carbon belts, choose a dry, cool place to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity environment.
